The family of Mary Penney are saddened to announce the passing of their mother. Mary, 92, passed away peacefully at Miraquinn Hilltop Manor in Hickman’s Harbour, NL Monday November 02, 2026.
Mary was predeceased by her parents, Theodore and Mary Leah (Peddle) Keats of Port Blandford and former husband William Penney, Burgoynes Cove.
She is survived by her children John Penney, Clarenville, NL, Richard (Joanne) Penney, NS and Sandy (Randy) Hamlyn, NS. Grandchildren, Marie (Jason), Todd, Brenda (Sheldon), Finn, Lily, great grandchildren Savanna, Sydney, Paula, Leslie. And many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the Miraquinn Hilltop Manor Family for exceptional care and love over the years.
There will be no visitation or funeral as requested. Cremation has taken place.
