Harvey Greening March 17, 1932 - August 11, 2022

It is with great sadness that the family of Harvey Greening of Musgravetown, announce his peaceful passing at the Golden Heights Manor in Bonavista, on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his parents, Cleophas and Ilona Greening; parents in law Jack and Amelia Chatman; sisters Flora (Lewis) Day, Shirley Keats; brothers Adolphus (Minnie), Frank (Esmaralda), Roy (Rhoda), Maxwell (Glady), Lewis (Annie), Albert, Marvin and Abe; brothers in law Allan Ivany and Zebedee Stanley.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Leona, of 67 years.  His son Todd (Sandy), daughter Judy (Lee); grandchildren Paitton (Dillon) and Jordan (Kendra); great grandchildren, Nathan, Elise and Brielle; sisters, Dorothy and Mavis Ivany; brother in law Larry Keats, sister in law Linda Greening; as well as many nieces and nephews, family and friends.  Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Lethbridge on Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 2-4 P.M. and Sunday, August 14, 2022 from 2-4 P.M.  At the request of the family masks to be worn at all times and a limit of 20 people at a time for visitation.  The family would like to thank everyone for their understanding at this difficult time. Funeral service by invitation only. A special thank you to his home care workers who have taken such good care of him over the past two and a half years.  Also, to the staff of Golden Heights Manor for the wonderful care he received in his brief stay there.  In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Heritage United Church.
