Clarence Peddle May 20, 1939 - April 27, 2021

PEDDLE, Clarence – passed peacefully away at his home on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, Clarence Peddle of Clarenville, age 81years.  Predeceased by his parents James and Miriam Peddle; brother Gideon, William and Archibald; sisters Polena, Annie and Claris.  Left with fond and loving memories his wife Alice; children Glenn (Kimberly), Madonna, Karen (George Kalpakis), Terry (Lisa); grandchildren Sheena (Robby Squires), Zachary, James (Harlee), Sydney (Will), Ali and Claire (Tyler Pike); great grandchildren Suhaana, Sehan and Blair; step grandchildren Nikita (Darren Rose), Jordan and Nicole; step great grandchildren Cole, Deegan and Mia; sisters Lorene (Dan Pitcher) and Gloria (Sam Halfyard); and a large circle of family and friends.  Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville.  Visitations will be held on Wednesday, April 28 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, April 29 from 10 – Noon, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. by invitation only.  Funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Calvary Pentecostal Church, Clarenville by invitation only with interment to follow at Clarenville Interdenominational Cemetery.  In his memory donations may be made to Calvary Pentecostal Church or a charity of ones choice.

PLEASE NOTE ** Family or friends wishing to attend the funeral service for Clarence Peddle on Friday, must call the Clarenville Pentecostal Church at 466-7722 to register, you may leave a message if no answer.

Funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Calvary Pentecostal Church, Clarenville by invitation only with interment to follow at Clarenville Interdenominational Cemetery.

    So sorry to hear about clarence’s Passing. I know that anyone who knew him will miss him. Wonderful man. It was always a pleasure to talk to him. Always a pleasant smile and a calm demeanour. So hard to let go of such a keeper.

    My sincere sympathy to all Mr. Peddle’s many family members. Madonna has been a very close friend of mine for many years and I’ve heard so much about her Dad over that time that I almost felt I knew him. I was very sorry to hear of his passing. I had hoped to meet him one day. I wish you all peace and fond memories.
