Anna M. Frampton May 29, 1942 - January 8, 2020

Passed after a lengthy illness at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, Anna Marie Frampton of Clarenville, originally of St. John’s, aged 77 years.  Predeceased by her mother Florence Sweeney (nee Martin) and father Augustus Sweeney.  Left with fond and loving memories her husband William of 41 years; children Randy Russell (Donita Hendrick), Pondsville, KY, Michelle Laidley of St. John’s and Sarah Goulding (Scott) of Clarenville; grandchildren Joshua Russell (Adrienne) and Heather Simpson (Chris), both of Kentucky; five great grandchildren; special friends Linda and Frank Gough; Rose Marie and Ed Coady; Jean Arsanault; and Hilda and Robert Balsom; and a circle of family and friends.  Visitation at Fewer’s Funeral Home on Sunday, January 12 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m.  Memorial Service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2020 at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Clarenville.  In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Clarenville Area SPCA.

    I just got a message from Anna’s friend Linda. So sorry to hear of Anna’s passing. We worked together at Mutual Life back in the 70’s. Every time she came to St. John’s the 6 of us went out for lunch together.
