John (Jack) Thomas Leonard July 5, 1944 - January 11, 2020

LEONARD, John (Jack) Thomas – Passed peacefully away at the Dr. Albert O’Mahony Manor, Clarenville, NL on January 11, 2020 Jack Leonard of Southern Harbour formerly of Davis Cove, NL, aged 75 years. Predeceased by his parents Anthony & Bridget; brother Patrick; sisters Frances (Philip) Pendergast, Mary (Michael) McGrath; brothers in law John Mulrooney, David Hickey, Gordon Traverse.  Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Clara of 47 years; children Glenda (Henk), Wendy (Craig), Jackie, Anthony (Vicki); two grandsons Isaac, Aidan; sisters Ida, Judy, Bridget and a large circle of family and friends.  Resting at Christ the King Church, Southern Harbour, NL.  Visitation will be held on Monday January 13, 2020 from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church, Southern Harbour with interment to follow at the Christ the King Cemetery, Southern Harbour.  In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of NL.

    Aunt Clara , Glenda , Wendy , Jackie and Patrick sincere condolences on the loss of such a great man , he was a wonderful husband , father , grandfather and Uncle , he will be missed by everyone ,sending prayers and hugs your way .
