Passed away at Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, Burin on Saturday, August 22, 2026, Wilfred Pevie of Come By Chance, age 83 years.
Predeceased by his parents Edward and Jessie Pevie; sisters Ada and Hazel; brothers James, Edmund and Kenneth.
Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Margaret; sister-in-law Thelma Pevie; brothers-in-law Rick Rose (Debbie) and Lindsay Rose (Viola); many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

I was blessed that’s for sure Wilf was a great man with a heart of gold and would do anything for you . I will cherish all those beautiful memories I had with Wilf and my Godmother .
