Shirley Keats August 2, 1933 - January 15, 2021

Passed peacefully away at the Dr. O’Mahony Manor in Clarenville on Friday, January 15, 2021 Shirley Keats of Bunyan’s Cove, aged 87 years. Predeceased by her parents Ilona and Cleophas Greening, siblings Abe, Flora, Roy (Rhoda), Max (Glady), Aldophas (Minnie), Frank (Ralda), Lewis (Annie), Albert, Marven; grandson Christopher Keats, brother in laws Allan Ivany and Zeb Stanley (Sr). Left with fond and loving memories her husband Larry of 37years; children Barbara Ann (Wes), Glenda (David), Rick (Ruby), Kathy (Randy), Vernon (Romona), Dale (Janice); grandchildren Johonna, Janice, Amanda, Brandon, Kristen, Shane, Chantille, Jody, Travis, April; great grandchildren Alex, DJ, Haley, Erica, Felicia, Chase, Jayden, Mackenna, Mattie, Lettie; great great grandchildren Maddox, Odin, Harper; siblings Harvey Greening (Leona), Dorothy Ivany, Mavis Ivany; sister in law Linda Greening and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Lethbridge on Sunday, January 17 from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be on Monday, January 17, 2021 from the United Church, Bunyan’s Cove with interment at United Cemetery, Bunyan’s Cove. Funeral Service will be by invite only and Covid rules will be followed.

    To Rick, Ruby and Kristen. Our heartfelt sympathies and condolence. Mrs. Keats was a wonderful mother, mother-in-law and she worship Kristen. She was a wonderful, caring person who will be missed. Hold dear to your memories of her; they will sustain you in your time of grief.
