Roy Clarke October 30, 1956 - September 1, 2023

Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville, on September 1, 2023 Roy Clarke of Shoal Harbour, formally of Dartmouth, NS, aged 66 years.  Predeceased by his parents, Albert and Bessie Clarke; sisters, Marjorie (Richard), Barbara; brothers, Bob and William.  Left with fond and loving memories his wife Mary of 44 years.  His daughters, Laura Lee of New Brunswick and Leslie Ann of Shoal Harbour; granddaughter, Jorja Bryan Rane; sisters, Amy (Will), Roxanne (Dwayne); sisters-in-law, Linda and Maxine; brothers, Jim (Jenette), Edward (Debbie), Alex (Terry); brother-in-law, Levi; many special nieces and nephews, along with a large circle of family and friends. As per his wishes cremation has taken place.  In his memory donations may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Association of Newfoundland and Labrador.  A celebration of life will be held at the Clarenville Legion on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 2-6 P.M.  A proud veteran of the Royal Canadian Armed Forces and a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion Clarenville.
