Ronald Billard January 15, 1932 - April 1, 2023

Ron Billard passed peacefully away at age 91 while residing at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home in St. John’s.  Predeceased by his parents, Lillian and Lambert Billard; his wife Shirley of 51 years; mother and father-in-law Jessie and Percy Gillam; brother Albert Read; brothers-in-law Launce Skinner and Harold Spracklin. Left with fond and loving memories his daughter Ann (Brian); granddaughter Jennifer (Nathaniel); sisters Marie and Frances; brother–in-law Don (Una); nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home in Clarenville on Wednesday, April 5, from 2-4 &7-9 P.M. Funeral to take place on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 2 P.M. from St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Clarenville.  Interment to follow at the Interdenominational Cemetery, Clarenville.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the SPCA Clarenville in Ron’s memory.  Thank you to the staff at St. Pat’s who cared for Ron in his final days. In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place.

Funeral to take place on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 2 P.M. from St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Clarenville.  Interment to follow at the Interdenominational Cemetery, Clarenville.
