March 23, 2022 at 11:58 amSo sorry to hear of your Fsther, Grandfather and Great grandchildren, Max Marsh. I’ve always took notice as to just how close your family is and just how much he enjoyed being around his grandchildren and great Grandchildren as he would always have this big smile on his face in the posts on Facebook I don’t think I’ve ever seen him without a smile and laughter
May you all take comfort in knowing he lived a very good long and happy life and that he is now joined once again with his dear. Wife Ollie and son Kevin.
May god bless you all and know you’re in. My prayers.
RIP Mr Marsh.

March 28, 2022 at 12:36 pmSo very sorry for your loss. He always had such a beautiful, infectious smile. I shall never forget his smile as he was coming in through the doors at the Lions Club, Hodges Cove. Those wonderful senior meals where him and my Dad would laugh and exchange memories. It was something Dad wouldn’t miss and I think it was in large part due to the fact that he knew Max would be there and would surely come over and sit at his table. I am so sorry for your loss. 😢 RIP, Max

March 24, 2022 at 10:13 amTo the Marsh Family,
So sorry to hear of Max’s passing. He was such a jolly person and a stranger to none. We were all very close when living in Deer Harbour. I remember when Austin and I got married and coming in to the harbour for the first time as husband and wife, Max was on the point firing off the gun.
My two girls always referred to them as Uncle Max and Aunt Ollie. At one point when Crystal wasn’t very old she decided she was going to live with Uncle Max and Aunt Ollie. She took her little slide and off she went but she did come back.
I can’t forget the times at the lodge. The children would play until they were beat out. Coats were thrown upon the stage, the children nestled down and the adults danced away, sometimes until daylight.
Then we moved to different communities, but whenever Max saw any of us,it would be arms going, hugs and kisses. It didn’t matter if it was at church or the mall. All great memories.
Deepest sympathy to you all. Take care and God bless.
RIP Max.
Madeline
