Passed peacefully away at home with his family by his side Frank Colbourne Penney of Charlottetown age 90 years. Left with fond and precious memories his wife of 41 years Margaret (nee Grandy), daughter Beryl Simmonds, Charlottetown; sons, Kirk Penney (Erica, special daughter in law, his number 1) Charlottetown, Kyle Penney, Fort McMurray; grand children, James Simmonds, Shawn Simmonds, Stephen Simmonds, Kayley, Kaden and Lorelei Penney; great grandchildren, Victoria, Brandy, Nevaeh, Jacob, and Sydney. Special sister in law Irene Grandy; brothers in law Howard Newport, Rayfield Newport (Marjorie) and Nina Welsh. Predeceased by parents Alfred and Jean Penney, infant daughter Bernice, parents in law Charles and Ivy Grandy, son in law Lewis Simmonds, brother in law Lorne Welsh; sister in law Georgina Newport. Franks career with Canada Post spanned 48 years only retiring officially at 84 years old. During this time he had made many friends. He has left us with many precious memories that we will hold in our hearts forever. No funeral service at his request. Cremation has taken place. He will be laid to rest with his precious dogs at a later date to be determined.
