Florence M. Chaffey October 10, 1954 - December 23, 2024

Passed away suddenly at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, St. John’s on Monday, December 23, 2024, Florence Chaffey of George’s Brook Milton, age 70 years.

Predeceased by her husband Maurice; parents Garfield and Gertrude Ivany; brothers Albert Ivany, Wallace Ivany and Robert Ivany; sisters Gladys Stanley and Geneva Stanley.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children David (Rosemary), Dale, Kimberley (Jamie) and Tony; grandchildren Joshua, Railynn, Brandon, Kassidy, Hannah, Matteo, Michenda and Maddex; great grandchildren Lydia and Bently; sister Shirley Skiffington (Herbert); special niece Karen (Kip); special friends Wesley and Patsy Stanley; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville on Thursday, December 26 from 7:30 – 9 p.m. and Friday December 27 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 28 at Fewer’s Memorial Chapel, Clarenville with interment to follow at Milton-George’s Brook Cemetery, George’s Brook Milton.
