My deepest and sincere condolences to Edwina’s family. I am a distant Lockyer cousin who spent a night at her parents house in August 2000 on my way to Woody Island. We connected on Facebook. Although we never met in person we definitely bonded. I’m sure going to miss those upbeat messages. Much love from the American side of the family.

I am so sorry to hear that Edwina has finished her journey here on earth. We were just getting to know each other through chatting on line. She was always so pleasant and upbeat, but the last time we chatted she told me the trouble she was having with her hip. . I am so saddened to know I will not get to know this wonderful lady more. Please accept my condolences, and my prayers as you go through this difficult time.

I don’t even know where to start , first I met Edwina about 7 year’s ago when I worked for her partner Mel, after a brief time working, Edwina and I developed a friendship that was unbreakable, we messaged each other every night and day to see how the other one was holding up, we FaceTimd and we met for lunch and supper and always at the Tia Hung restaurant, she met my immediate family and my grandchildren and even met at the crossroads to exchange Christmas gifts, she had cancer and never once did I ever hear her complain about anything, she was a woman who had great strength and courage and instead of thinking about her own problems, she was always there to help me through my problems, she was full of life and loved nature and stopped and took pictures on the way, Edwina you gained your Angel Wings , even though I am broken hearted, you soar high with those Angels and keep looking over me and my family, my sincere condolences to Mel, and Edwindas family, I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers, I actually loved her unconditionally.
