Daniel Arthur Tucker January 29, 1931 - May 13, 2022

Passed peacefully away at Golden Heights Manor Bonavista on Friday, May 13, 2022, Daniel Arthur Tucker of  Bunyan’s Cove age 91 years.  Predeceased by his son Barry Tucker; parents Josiah and Lillian Tucker; parents in law Theoliphus and Pearl Burt; brother Garland (Nellie); sister Marjorie (Cecil)Burt; brother in law Ralph Burt.  Left to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Sadie of 68 years.  Son, Kevin (Ada); daughter, Sheila (Gary) Howse; grandchildren, Dana (Darrin) Hobbs, Shelley (Keith) Ralph, Mitchell (Amy) Tucker, Corey Howse, Kayla Howse (Shawn Walsh), great grandchildren, Daniel and Devin Hobbs, Ethan and Liam Ralph, Peyton and Colton Tucker and a large circle of family and friends.  Resting at St. Paul’s United Church, Bunyan’s Cove on Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. and Monday, May 16, 2022 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M.  Funeral service to take place from St. Paul’s United Church, Bunyan’s Cove on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 2 P.M.  Interment to follow at St. Paul’s United Church Cemetery, Bunyan’s Cove.

Resting at St. Paul’s United Church, Bunyan’s Cove on Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. and Monday, May 16, 2022 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M.  Funeral service to take place from St. Paul’s United Church, Bunyan’s Cove on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 2 P.M.  Interment to follow at St. Paul’s United Church Cemetery, Bunyan’s Cove.

    I remember Daniel when growing up as a boy in Bunyan’s Cove. To read of his passing, it brings home back again and the good old times of life. Daniel was a good man and as I recall jolly in spirit. May he rest in peace. Our sympathy to the family.

    My condolence to the family, My first time meeting Daniel was when he helped me down in dads boat to go out too the Easter seal the floating hospital. A long time ago RIP, Daniel
