Carl Hunt October 23, 1945 - August 28, 2021

HUNT, Carl – Passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 28, 2021, Carl Hunt of Shoal Harbour, age 75 years.  Predeceased by his wife Sarah Jane; brothers Eric, Albert and Fred Hunt.  Left with fond and loving memories his children Bruce (Gladys), Barry (Linda), Don (Ellen), Rosanne (Glen), Jeff (Vivian) and Debbie; 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sisters Muriel and Inez; sisters-in-law Sue Spurrell (Cluney), Rose Martin and Cavelle Hunt; and a large circle of family and friends.  Visitation at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville on Wednesday, September 1 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, September 2 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Fewer’s Memorial Chapel, Clarenville with interment to follow at the United Cemetery, Church Hill, Shoal Harbour.  In his memory donations may be made to the Shoal Harbour United Church or the Clarenville Area SPCA.

    So sorry to hear of Uncle Carl’s passing. Even though we didn’t see each other often, he would always greet me with a smile and a hug. He will be missed.
