Our beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Annie March, passed peacefully away at Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville on February 24, 2023 aged 74 years. Predeceased by her parents, Genevieve and Patrick Murphy, father Patrick Bruce, sister Dolorosa Murphy, and brother Frank Bruce.
Left with fond and loving memories her husband Clarence March of 55 years; children Carolann (John Reardon), Kevin (Gillian) and Terry (Stephanie); grandchildren Julia (Nicholas), Kyle, Laura, Katie and Cooper; siblings from the Murphy family, Rhoda (Ralph), Magdalen (Patrick), Pearl (Wylie), Catherine (Garfield), Florence (Randy), Sadie (Calvin), Regina (Rick), John (Florence), Patrick (Thomasina), Gerald (Magdalen) and brother-in-law Denis Murphy; from the Bruce family, Susan (Hannu), Nick (Barb), Gerry (Dee) and Robert (Laurie); special people in Annie’s life – Mary Bruce, Myah and Ashley Reardon, and Niece Gina Gaulton who helped so much in her time of need.
Annie was a gentle, kind soul who enjoyed her time most when with loved ones. We often said she had wings here on earth as she would pack up her suitcase and go to St. John’s, Lewisporte, Parker’s Cove, or jet off to Alberta and Ontario to spend time with her beloved family within a moments notice. She was a woman of many talents and she blessed us all with the fruits of her abilities, never expected anything in return – she was just simply happy to see the smile on our face. She taught us that faith is fluid and to give is to love. She lived by the saying, “Treat others as you would like to be treated” and she did just that with more love than a heart could hold.
Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville. Visitation will be on Sunday February 26, 2023 from 1-4 pm for close family and friends. Cremation to follow with a Celebration of life taking place at Fewer’s Memorial Chapel, Clarenville on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 2 pm. In her memory flowers accepted or a donation may be made to the Clarenville SPCA shelter.

February 25, 2023 at 2:45 pmClarence, Carolann, Kevin, Terry and all of the families. So sorry to hear of the loss of this beautiful lady.
Annie always had a smile and was such a quiet spirited lady. It was a privilege to call her friend and to be one of her next door neighbors. Almost every day when I was in North Hr. I would see her walking and have a little chat with her. She will certainly be missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families at this difficult time.

February 26, 2023 at 1:11 pmMy thoughts are with all the families. My brother Clarence also Carolann, Kevin and Terry and their family. Annie was a very liked person and I am so happy we got to spend time with her when we were in Nfld in October. She was not feeling 100 percent at that time but we managed to have suppers, afternoon teas and chats together. Love from Aunt Lilly Blair, Terri and boys Charlie and Nolan. We will never forget her.
