Wade Sutton – Fewer's Funeral Home

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Wade Eric Sutton on March 20, 2024, age 69 years. Wade was predeceased by his parents Harold and Ceneth Sutton; brother Harold Sutton (Kay); sisters Elise Noonan (Paul), Brenda Penney (George) and Jeanette; nephew Harold and niece Samantha.

Leaving to mourn his beautiful wife of 49 years, Maureen; his sons Derrick and Dwayne (Kara); his beautiful grandchildren Grace and Jullian (his pride and joy); brothers Brend (Mary Anne) and Christopher (Sherry); sisters Irene (Doug), Patsy (Jim), Yvonne (Jerry), Michelle (Gary) and Mary; also the entire Coady family. Wade had many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will miss him greatly.

Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville on Monday, March 25, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with funeral service to follow at Fewer’s Memorial Chapel at 1:30 p.m.

Wade was my closet dear friend these past 45 + years. He was always there for me with a smile. My heartfelt condolences to his family. Fly high my friend, until we meet again.

Wade was a fixture for a long time around the table at Ronnie Post’s. Many weekends, he would depart before most of us were even awake yet. To pick up Maureen in Sunderland and be home in time for Sunday Bingo. We had many good chats around that table, not to mention a few bevvies. Family meant EVERYTHING to Wade. He spoke about Maureen and his sons often. He couldn’t wait to have grandchildren. We so glad his wish was fulfilled and certain he spoiled them rotten with love. We are deeply saddened to hear he is gone. He’s been missed alot on Riley Lake since moving back home. Rest easy Wade. We will raise a glass to you around the table this weekend, share some stories, a few laughs, and definitely some tears. We will always miss your beautiful smile and positive vibe. “Bin Laden” Wade is still the best picture ever….one of my fondest memories. I’ve never laughed so hard. Funny guy. To Maureen and the boys, and the precious grandkids, We wish this wasn’t so. Our deepest condolences on this huge loss. Cathy and Jay
