To Sharlene, Barb, Oliver & Family,
I am deeply saddened to hear of the tragic sudden passing of Troy. Troy & I were the best of friends growing up. We would be found hanging around his Grandparents house a lot playing hacky sac , listening to Nirvana or playing NHL on PlayStation witch was Troys favourite game to play. One day I showed up to Oliver & Barbs, Troy was in the shower, so I sat and waited. While he was getting dressed I went to the fridge and put an egg in my pocket. When we got outside I through it at him, hitting him in the shoulder, me laughing, Troy turns around and says “Jutt laugh all ya want your just making more work for Grandmudder, she just washed this”, I am sure we gave Oliver & Barb some headaches over the years. We laughed about this for years after and I still do now. Troy you will be missed by many and loved forever. Have that hacky sac ready for when we meet again my buddy.
    Love Jutt

Troy, your cousins Dominic, Nicole & I your Aunt Bev have heavy hearts to hear of your sudden passing. We have very fond & loving memories of your growing up in Shoal Hr., spending most of your your your with your Nan & Pop Vardy. You also spent a great deal of time with your Mom in Clarenville. As we carry those memories the one thing that’s for certain is that we are all very proud of the young man that you became. You were always a strong, loving & hard working man that always made us all proud!! As you continued life into adulthood & became a father yourself those qualities never left you. Now your legacy lives on in your own children. And your memory will always be with us for you will always be loved & never forgotten. The day has come when you join your Dad, & Uncle Randy along with other loved ones in heaven. Tell them that we all love & miss them. The day will come for each of us to take our rightful place there with you & we will all be together again. This is not good bye my darling nephew but it’s until we meet again!! Love now & forever!!!! Aunt Bev, Dominic & Nicole. XOXO!!!

I was deeply saddened to hear of Troy’s passing. I hadn’t seen Troy since high school but we’d known each other since we were in grade 1 at Balbo Elementary and got along really well in those days. Troy was always a great guy, friendly and funny, and I remember fondly playing basketball at recess and lunch and meeting up around Shoal Harbour.

Rest in peace, Troy. Sincerest condolences to his loved ones.
