It is with great sadness that we announce the tragic passing of Terry Benson, at the age of 33, from Sunnyside, but was residing in Bellevue. Terry is predeceased by his father Nelson Benson; grandfather Donald Benson; grandmother Marjorie Benson; grandfather Maynard Boutcher; grandmother Mildred Boutcher; uncle Nelson Hynes and Barry Benson; aunts Hazel Hynes and Agnes Branton and by special friend Dean.
Terry leaves to morn his fiancé Hope Peddle; his very precious son Leon and his beautiful daughter Mahaula; step children, Dustin, Jaymie and Payden; mother Eva & step father Jeremiah; brother Dwayne (Alex); two wonderful nephews Riley and Hunter; siblings on his mothers side aunt Roxanne (Barry) aunt Adina (Nelson) aunt June (Dave) uncle Robert, special aunt Shirley; on his fathers side Aunt Sheila (Tom), aunt Gloria; uncle Doug, uncle Heber (Hazel); and a large circle of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Terry was an outdoor adventurer he loved anything with wheels and a motor and he loved fishing. but his most precious thing in life was his little family & his mother.
Visitation will be held at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Arnold’s Cove on Thursday, November 23 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 24, 2023 at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church Sunnyside with interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Sunnyside.
