Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Saturday, December 16, 2023, Sharon Avery of Ivany’s Cove, age 66 years. Predeceased by her husband Stanley; parents Malcolm and Margaret Bailey; sisters Lorraine and Linda; brother Ricky. Left with fond and loving memories her children Bradley, Lily (Gus) and Stephanie (Toni); grandchildren Allison and Corinne; sisters Nina (Jack), Daphne (Clayton) and Olive; brothers Elieyer (Marjorie), Allan (Joan), Derek (Gloria), Barry and Jennings (Maxine); her grand fur babies Lola and Luna; many nieces and nephews; and a large circle of family and friends. Visitation will take place at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville on Tuesday, December 19 from 7 – 9 p.m. and Wednesday, December 20 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Fewer’s Memorial Chapel, Clarenville with interment to follow at the Untied Cemetery in Hillview.
We would like to say thank you to the Doctors and Nurses at G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville and the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s for their care and support shown to Sharon and our family over the last few months.
