Ruby Brown – Fewer's Funeral Home

BROWN, Ruby – Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Thursday, January 30, 2020, Ruby Sarah Belle Brown of Shoal Harbour, aged 91 years. Predeceased by her husband Harvey; sisters Pearl Wiseman and Ivy Martin. Left with fond and loving memories her son Ben (Angela); grandchildren Keith and Jennifer; sisters Margaret (late Dave Elder), Judy (Stanley Sparkes) and Lillian Martin; brothers Charlie Martin (Ivy), Wilfred Martin (Eileen) and Ross Martin (Donna); brother-in-law Victor Wiseman; a close circle of nieces and nephews; family and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville on Friday, January 31 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Shoal Harbour United Church with interment to follow at United Cemetery, Palmer’s Lane, Shoal Harbour. In her memory flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to Shoal Harbour United Church.

Saddened to learn of aunt Ruby’s passing. I have many fond memories of visits with her from my youth onward. She was a special kind of lady. Heartfelt condolences to you and all the family.

We learned of cousin Ruby’s passing from her brother Wilfred. Our prayers for comfort go out to her whole family. May she rest in God’s peace.
