October 1, 2020 at 5:48 pmCaroline and Greg, and families! Condolences to you all at this sad time. I don’t remember meeting any of you guys, but I certainly knew your Mom and Dad, had many games of cards with them at the Sylvette in Florida. Your Dad always had a story or two to tell, which caused a lot of laughter at times. Keep your memories close to your hearts, and it will help you all get through this sad loss. God Bless you all.

I did not know your Dad really well but the couple of times that I did meet him in my youth, I felt a warm, gentle, authenticity about him.
I am truly sorry for your loss. What a long happy life! But …reunited with your Mom is a beautiful vision.

October 13, 2020 at 3:55 pmGreg/Caroline: My apologies for my tardiness, I only found out about your Dad’s passing today. Like your Mom, your Dad really was one in a million. I remember well spending time with him growing up – he always had a smile on his face and showed me nothing but kindness. Of course I can still picture him on his many endless walks up through Bay Roberts. I will always look back at my many conversations with him with fondness and as a happy part of my youth. All the best,
Richard
