January 25, 2022 at 7:35 pmOur condolences. Pearl was such a sweet lady, and always had a smile or a joke. When Cait was young, Pearl’s Mcdonalds was part of our routine
and Pearl always made time for her. So glad she got to spend her last years with her family, you always knew that was where her heart was.

January 26, 2022 at 10:32 amI worked with Pearl at McDonald’s. She was one of my favorite people to see. Always had a smile and always made other people smile. I’ve run into her many times over the years since I left and she always made time to chat and catch up. Always asked about my family and told me about hers.
My sincerest condolences to all her family and friends. She filled our days with love and laughter.

January 26, 2022 at 10:13 pmI came to know Pearl through my Mom (Meta Beazley) when Pearl moved to Golden Years Manor. Such a sweet lady and when she would visit Ray in Ottawa I would meet her and take her out to lunch (Swiss Chalet – her favorite), we would go shopping (buying earrings of course) and sometimes she would come to our house for a BBQ. I will always remember Pearl. Our deepest condolences to the Smith family.

March 28, 2022 at 2:36 pmThis was a letter is gave Auntie (Pearl). She luckily was able to read it before she passed.
Dear Auntie, thank you for everything. Thank you for doing your puzzle book when I was doing my Kumon. Thank you for taking me to Mcdonald’s, Subway, Tim Hortons, and Robins. Thanks for all of the gift cards. We had great adventures: all of the bus trips, camping trips, train rides, movies, trips, hikes, and walks. We had a lot of fun when we were down at the beach trowing and skipping rocks. Thank you for all of the gifts, cards, gift cards, and presents. Thank you for letting me stay at your hotel. Thank you for all of the money, and sweaters. Thank you for coming down to sunnyside with me. Thank you for loving me as much as you do. I wish I could be with you in Newfoundland right now, but crazy Raymond will have to do. Thank you for hanging out with me. Hopefully they have all your favorite foods in heaven. Nan and Pop will love to see you. We will meet at the beach up there in Heaven. You will finally get to spend the rest of eternity with your son. I will miss you more than anything in the world, but I know I will see you soon enough. I love you so so much.
Love,
Loving Alexei
