Condolences

Passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, Michael Greening of Port Blandford, age 58 years.

Predeceased by his parents Nelson and Evelyn Greening; sister Lynette Greening. Leaving to mourn with fond memories are his sisters Donna, Sharon (Mike), Audrey and Kim; brothers Wayne-Jerry, Morgan (Myrtice) and Paul (Charlene); and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

I have very fond memories of Uncle Mike when I lived with him Aunt Audrey we had great conversations and a a few good laughs. I will never forget the great memories. Sending my condolences to friends and family he will be greatly missed.

Im so sad to hear of Mike’s passing. He was such a bright light. There are certain songs when I hear them I can hear him singing and laughing. Rest easy Mike ♡ Condolences to the family. He will be so missed.

A big throw back. When I was little, I remember visiting Nan and Pop and being fascinated by Uncle Mike. He was usually out with friends, and every now and then I would sneak into his room, drawn in by how awesome it was. I still remember the big ACDC letters painted on his wall and thinking how cool he was. Nan would always come and usher me out — and she was right to — but on those rare occasions when he was home, he would invite me in, and entertain me with music and stories.
Those moments stayed with me. Uncle Mike was truly one of a kind, and he will be deeply missed. Rest easy Uncle Mike.

    Audrey & Family, we were so saddened to learn of Michael’s passing! It seems just a short time ago he was a young child in our classrooms. Take peace in knowing his long suffering is now over and he’s at rest. We are in Texas now and will see you and Morgan when we get home. Well Wizz boy you’re finally pain free, you fought the good fight. I so wish they could have given you that miracle cure, we all hope for. I will always treasure our friendship and the good memories at the Legion. Our Deepest Sympathies to Audrey & all your friends & family. Hugs.
