Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Predeceased by parents John and Effie (Andrews) Coish; brother Clyde Coish; sister Greta Teichman; brother-in-law Arthur Brett. Leaving to mourn sister Josephine Brett; nephew Fred Brett, Courtney (Grant), Cori, Ayla & Kaden, Maddison (Chris); nephew Max Brett (Lynn), Justin, Colton, Aylssa (Toby), Andrea (Troy), Charlee, Matthew & Michael; niece Allison Sheppard (Austin), Jocelyn (Russ), Lucas, Callie, Isaac; Joel (Ashley), Jayson & Everly; nephew Jamie Teichman (Allyson), Samantha &Sara and many friends in Milton, Trinity Bay where he resided for many years.
Special thanks to doctors and nurses at James Paton Memorial Hospital, staff at Bethesda Personal Care Home, Gander and home support workers in Milton who all provided exceptional care with dignity and respect.
Max was a fun loving guy and had lots of good times with his buddies in Milton. He loved his family dearly and will be sadly missed by all. Cremation has taken place. His life’s journey will continue on to Stag Harbour, Fogo Island where he was born.
