So sorry to hear of Marilyn’s passing condolences to Terry and family She was a dear friend and a great neighbour. I spent many nights playing scrabble, skipbo ,crib and queens. Max in the lazy boy chair and we to the table. We also went to bingo together. I sure missed her and Max when they moved to Corner Brook. We kept in touch on Facebook. Marilyn you and Max will be forever miss by me. I have not played any of our games since you left. Save a place at the table for when we meet again before

Our sincere condolences to Terry and family on your mom’s passing. And to Ivan and Mary and all those close to Marilyn as well. You have lost a mother, sister and a good friend. We grieve and mourn the passing of our loved ones and friends because death is not natural. That is because we were created to live, not to die. Ecclesiastes 3:10 says: “He (our creator) has even put ‘eternity’ in their heart.” So we were born with the desire to live, not to die. Unfortunately things changed and we see old age, sickness and death take our loved ones. We can trust our creator’s promise at 1 Corinthians 15:26 that in his appointed time “The last enemy, death, will be brought to nothing,” and we will see the fulfillment of his promise that “there IS GOING TO BE a resurrection” (Acts 24:15) to life with the opportunity to live forever on a paradise earth as was intended in the beginning. It is my hope and confidence that Marilyn will be the recipient of that promise when that future event takes place. We grew up together, side by side, very close in age, went to school together, cousins and friends, do not remember ever having a falling out with Marilyn. I hope to see Marilyn again when the time is right, right here on the earth that we were designed for and where we belong. Meantime, please accept our sincere condolences from Phyllis and myself.
