Marie Stringer April 2, 1945 - October 8, 2020

STRINGER, Marie – Passed away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Thursday, October 8, 2020, Marie Stringer of Clarenville, aged 75 years.  Predeceased by her husband Eli; parents Mary and Leonard Peddle; grandson Rodney; brothers Leonard and Zane; sister Ann Hyde.  Left with fond and loving memories her children Darlene (Ed), Colene (Jeff), Darrell, Avalon (Ethel), Shirley (Tony), Lori (Todd) and Danielle (Robert); grandchildren Ryan, Brant, Mitchell, Bobby, Josie, Frankie, Tyler, Shania, Lucas, Reilly, Chloe, Marcus, Chelsey, Nicole and William; great grandchildren Rheya, Kane, Olivia, Kaia, Paisley, Beau, Lexi, Landon and Phoebe; a large circle of sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, family and friends.  Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville on Saturday and Sunday, October 10 and 11 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Covid-19 restrictions in place.  Funeral service will take place on Monday, October 12, 2020 by invite only due to Covid-19 restrictions.  In her memory donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.

    So sorry to here of the death of Marie . My mom was Jean Avery ( smith), aunt Rhoda smith’s daughter. She would of wanted me to contact you to express our families condolences.

    Condolences to all of your family. Marie I know you are with the love of your life Eli now. When I gave you a ride home from work and Eli would have your bath all ready for you. Then you would be of to Terra Nova. Marie you were a wonderful person and is going to be miss by so many. RIP my friend. Hugs to the family.

    Marie was such a beautiful soul. I always loved visiting her, she always liked a good laugh , always a smile on her face. I will miss visiting her when I come home. Sending condolences and loving thoughts to all her wonderful family.
