Passed away at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville, on Friday, November 24, 2023 Lillian Groves of Burgoyne’s Cove age 68 years. Predeceased by her parents, Emily and Chesley Coish; brothers-in-law, David Kelley and Kevin Bailey. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband David of 42 years. Her sons, Brian, Richard, and Michael (Sherry); grandchildren, Brandon, Maria, Hayden, and Maddison. Lill loved her grandchildren dearly. Also, left to mourn are her sisters, Princeline (Tilson Greening), Ann (Steve Holloway), Irelene Kelley, Nellie (Douglas Wallace), Bernice Bailey, Pearl (Everett Watton), Juanita (Rick Parrott); brothers, Glenburn (Georgina), Wilson (Rosetta), David (Olive), Ralph (Pamela) and a large number of nephews, nieces, family and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home in Clarenville on Sunday, November 26, 2023 from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. Funeral service to take place on Monday, November 27, 2023 from Fewer’s Memorial Chapel in Clarenville at 2 P.M. Cremation to follow and interment at a later date. Lill was in her happy place when in her sewing room or meeting with her sewing buddies in Monroe on Wednesdays. Lill will be missed by all that knew her. She was a very loving and caring person. A big thank you to the staff at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital for their loving and caring support.
