Leo Patrick Leonard September 6, 1960 - August 28, 2020

LEONARD, Leo – Passed away suddenly but peacefully at his residence on Friday, August 28, 2020, Leo Leonard of Southern Harbour, aged 59 years. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Philomena Leonard; sisters Madonna (Neil) Simon, Catherine Walsh, Doreen Stanley and Jackie Ryan; brother Felix (Catherine).  Left with fond and loving memories his wife Kathleen of 36 years; sons Christopher (Trudy), Jonathan (Stephanie) and Matthew (Aimee); grandchildren Liam, Cadence, Kreeden and Krimsyn; siblings Bernard (Marie), Tom (Vera), Lucy Ennis (Vince), Madeline Messervey (Albert), Rita Pittman (Gary) and Donald Poirier (Janet); brothers-in-law Tom Walsh and David Ryan; and a large circle of family and friends.  Resting at Christ The King Roman Catholic Church, Southern Harbour.  Funeral service will take place on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Christ The King Roman Catholic Church with cremation to follow. In his memory donations may be made to the Janeway Foundation.

Covid-19 restrictions will be followed.

    Shocked and saddened to hear of Leo’s death and want to extend sincere sympathy to his entire family. Although we haven’t been in touch recently, Leo was a valued and loyal Insurance customer of mine for many years. May he rest in total peace and May his family find solace in the precious memories.
