Joan and family, so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember him from my visits to the Murrin house next door as I was growing up. My visits to Port Blandford have not been as frequent since I moved to the mainland. I wish you love and strength during this difficult time. – Desirée

    Mrs. Stone and Family:

I am so incredibly saddened to hear of Mr. Stone’s passing. I am left with very fond memories of his dry sense of humor, kind nature, beautiful garden, and hopes that he is now reunited with his buddy, Casey. I feel that his amazing spirit will never be far as it will live through his family; something my Grandfather and good friend of Mr. Stone, Bob Parrott, said about himself before he passed away…he was right.

Sending my sincere condolences to the Stone family.

Joan & Family, I’m so saddened to read of Dans passing. I so enjoyed caring for him for the time I did. We shared so many stories and laughs. He always enjoyed our chats as did I. I learned so much from him about our home town and the people that lived there . He was a pleasure to be around and will be missed. Sending my condolences to you all and know you are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless.

Joan and family, we were so sorry to hear about Sonny. We well remember all the times we would visit back and forth from Roy and Ruth’s to your place and all the conversations we enjoyed. Sonny was a very kind man and you guys were great neighbours to Roy and Ruth. I recently ran across the poem Sonny wrote about Wena eating the lobster claws! Glad that you have so many around you at this time. Hope to see you soon.
