Condolences

Passed peacefully away at the St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, St. John’s on Thursday, March 18, 2021 Lawrence D. Wells of Musgravetown, aged 81 years. Predeceased by his parents Hubert and Ethel Wells; infant son Tony; brothers Lloyd, Clyde, Gordon; sister Annie; step-brother George. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Eileen of 61 years; son David (Marilyn); daughter Dana (Cody); adopted daughter Catherine Drodge; grandchildren Matthew (Amanda), Melissa (Justin), Natalia; great grandchildren Abigail, Lexie, Jack, Hudson, Emmeline; sister Shirley Holloway (Lloyd) and a large circle of family and friends. Remains resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Lethbridge. Visitation by invitation only. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Interment will take place at the old Salvation Army Cemetery, Musgravetown on Saturday, March 20, 2021. In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted to the Salvation Army, Musgravetown.

So very sorry to hear about Larry’s passing. Deepest condolences Eileen, David, Dana, Catherine and families. A wonderful man, always a smile and he left behind so many wonderful memories. Not only with his family, but everyone who was lucky enough to have known him. From friends, acquaintances to students at the school where he worked, he will be remembered. Well done thy good and faithful servant, well done. You will be missed.

Eileen and family I was so saddened to hear about Larry’s passing yesterday. I will always cherish our wonderful times working together. He was a pleasure to work with and always had that big smile. Rest In Peace Larry. Hugs to all the family.

Lar was my fishing and hunting buddy for more than 40 years. We spent many hours in the woods sharing our favourite pastimes. Treasured memories remain and will stay with me forever. Rest well my friend. I will miss you dearly.

So sorry to hear of your Larry’s passing, I’ve taugh of you both often sense I left musgravetown . Florence Reader and I both use to attend Salvation Army in Lethbridge ,and you both would be there every Sunday.God Bless and Strengthen you on the next faze of your journey.🙏🙏💞. Chris.
