Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 Harold Chatman of Charlottetown aged 82 years. Predeceased by his parents Jane and Charlie Chatman; sister Sophie Greening; brother Malcolm Chatman. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Marie of 57 years; daughter Jacqueline Keats (Ronald) of Port Blandford; son Craig (Sherry) of Brampton, ON.; one precious granddaughter Sabrina Keats; siblings May Simmonds (Doug) of Charlottetown, Anita Critch (Harry) of Charlottetown, Gerald (Eileen) of Charlottetown, Nelson (Maria) of Mount Pearl, Grace Phillips (Phil) of Bunyan’s Cove, Blanche West of Clarenville, Vera Lethbridge (Wince) of Clarenville and a large circle of family and friends. A private family visitation will take place at Fewer’s Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 9, 2020. At his request cremation will take place after the visitation with a burial at a later date.

He spent a lot of time “babysitting” me in my early years as I chased him around, curious to see what he might be doing. He’ll be missed.
