Goldie Howse December 4, 1939 - March 2, 2023

HOWSE, Goldie – Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Thursday, March 2, 2023, Goldie Howse of Bloomfield, age 83 years. Predeceased by her husband Everett and brother Clyde King.  Left with fond and loving memories her children Garry (Sheila), Glenda (Bill Bishop) and Pauline (Gerald Holloway); grandchildren Dana (Darrin), Corey (Shanna), Kayla (Shawn), Teri-Lynn (Justin), Mandy, Patrick (Kelly) and Matthew (Kayla); great grandchildren Daniel, Devin, Mackenzie and Madelyn; sisters Rosalie (late Bill King) and Katie (Ivan Greening); brothers Bob King (Valerie) and Eric King (Marie); and a large circle of family and friends.  Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Lethbridge.  Visitation on Friday, March 3 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, March 4 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.   Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 5, 2023 from the Salvation Army Citadel, Musgravetown with interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Musgravetown.  In her memory flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Diabetes Association of NL.

    Sorry to hear of Goldie’s passing. It brings back many precious memories growing up in Bunyan’s Cove, knowing Goldie was a plus in my maturing years. Goldie was a responsible and caring lady, she loved her family. Thank you Goldie for being you. To her family, your loss but Heaven’s gain.
