Garfield Alexander Greening January 13, 1962 - August 25, 2026

Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G.B Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville on August 25, 2026, Garfield Greening of Port Blanford, age 64 years.

Predeceased by his parents Hubert and Joan Greening, and sister Gena Vornbrock.

Left to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughter Cassandra  (Jean-Yves);  grandson Henry Gauthier; mother of their daughter Rose; sister Glenda of Port Blanford; brothers Grant (Verna) of Cold Lake Alberta, Gordon (Mimi) of Yellowknife; brother-in-law Tom Vornbrock; special friends Verd Greening, Derrick Greening, Boyd Holloway, Mike and Lynn Williams.

Resting at Alton United Church Port Blanford. Visitation on Thursday, August 27, 2026  from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service 2:00 p.m Friday, August 28, 2026 at Alton United Church, Port Blanford. Cremation will take place after the service. Interment will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Alton United Church, Port Blanford.
