Jane and family – sincere condolence from Sadie and I. Hard to believe. I remember as a young kid visiting Milton in the summers. Each evening it was a ritual for Byron and I – we’d go over to the “Government” wharf to see if Frank Wiseman was going to be taking his little speedboat out for a run – she was a fast one!!! We loved to watch him!!! Then later I got to know you both so well when we had the cabin at Thorburn Lake. Loved talking about flying with Frank. Terrific person he was. Cherish the memories. RIP Mr. Wiseman . . .

So sad to hear of Franks passing. How fondly I remember the laughter, stories and fun of our Thorburn Lake get togethers at Dads( Ed Rowe) or Uncle Max’s cabins. His frequent “ quad” visits with my Dad in the driveway were bound to end with a little beverage and a funny story. My sincere condolences to Jane and family.

Jane and family. Our sincere condolences on Franks passing. It is the end of an era. So many memories of Frank at Thorburn Lake. Especially when dad (Max) and Frank were together telling stories and laughing, don’t know how they got anything done. Frank and Jane were the first to have the electricity turned on and they deserved this honour, fighting for many years to get it. Chris hooked them up and the expression on their faces when he told them to flick the switch and the lights came on, was priceless. Cherish your memories.

Jane my dear friend. Hard to believe we have both lost the loves of our lives. Since we met at the lake many years ago, I could write a book about the fun times we shared, I’ll never forget the many skidoo trips, the cups of tea in the woods, checking rabbit snares, fishing through the ice and all the times we laughed until we cried. Frank will be remembered for the hardworking gentleman that he was. I will be thinking about you and I know how painful these coming days will be. God bless you my friend.

Jane, Darlene and Sherry; sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. We’ve known Frank for, over 60 years for Roz, and over 50 years for me. He always gave good advice, great service and always had a smile on his face. A real gentleman who loved a yarn about flying, boating, snowmobiling and fishing.
    Sincerely
