Florence Elizabeth Eddy (Butler) passed peacefully surrounded by her dear children on March 21, 2024, age 88 years. Pre-deceased by her husband of 47 years, David, she is fondly remembered by her daughters Gail (Frank), Shelley, Kathy (Rod), son Bob (Charlene), and daughter Susan (Hayward). Nan was deeply loved by her grandchildren, Ashley (Ilya), Kayla (Eric), Stephanie (Paul), Peter (Stephanie), Mandy (Declan), Jordan (Emma) and Matthew (Stephanie). GG/Grandma/Nanny Flo was blessed to have loved and be loved by 8 precious great-grandchildren, Makayla, Charlie, Aidalen, Nikolai, Luka, Liam, Avery and Alex. Flo also leaves behind many cherished members of the Butler and Eddy families. She deeply loved and appreciated each and every one of them.
Flo was the proud matriarch of our family; her greatest joy came from family and faith. We are all warmly remembering a woman of incredible grace, unwavering love and quiet strength.
Special thanks from the family to the nurses and physicians at G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, especially Maureen and Alyesehia for their exceptional care and comfort. The family also wishes to thank the staff at the Clarenville Retirement Centre for providing her with a wonderful second home.
Visitation will take place at Bethany United Church, Swift Current on Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2024 at Bethany United Church, Swift Current with interment to follow at the United Cemetery, Swift Current. Donations in memory of our wonderful Flo can be made to Bethany United Church in Swift Current, or the charity of your choice.

She was truly a leader in her own right. The community will miss her on so many levels. My thoughts are with all of you who loved her. I am sure you have many beautiful memories and I hope they will warm your heart at this time of loss.
