Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Sunday, January 8, 2023 Elsie Doris Chatman of Canning’s Cove aged 95 years. Predeceased by her parents William and Mary Chatman; her husband Gordon; brother Tom (Iris); sisters, Susie (Stewart), Winnie (Edmund), Frances (Cyril). Left with fond and loving memories her son Howard (Linda); grandchildren, Brandi (Jim), Sherri, John (Erica), Sarah; great grandchildren, Matthew, Jordan, Brittany, Nicholas, John Jr., Samantha, Ashley, Megan, Janessa, Keegan, Jade, Abel, Skyler; great great grandchildren Jayden and Zander; and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at the Anglican Church in Canning’s Cove on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. and Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Funeral service to take place from the Anglican Church in Canning’s Cove on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Canning’s Cove.
