Derek Calvin Tulk December 8, 1957 - September 23, 2023

Passed peacefully away after a short battle with cancer at the Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023, Derek Calvin Tulk, formally of Carmanville, NL, age 65 years. Predeceased by parents William and Florence Tulk; brothers Claude and Ernest Tulk.

Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Judy of 35 years, fur baby Jessie; brothers Chesley (Dianne), Allen (Paulette), Melvin (Irene), special friends Jamie and Keith; and a large circle of family and friends.

As per Derek’s wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 26th, 2023, from 7pm-9pm at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville.  A Memorial Service will take place at Fewer’s Memorial Chapel, Clarenville Wednesday, September 27th at 2pm.

Thank you to the staff at Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, special thank you to Brianna, Jessica and Dr. Dawson. Thank you to the staff at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital and Health Science Centre, St. John’s. Also thank you to our family, work family and friends for their love and support during this difficult time.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Daffodil Place, St. John’s.

A Memorial Service will take place at Fewer’s Memorial Chapel, Clarenville Wednesday, September 27th at 2pm.
