Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 Clarence Carter Lambert of Southport aged 82 years. Predeceased by his parents, Henry Thomas and Ethel Lambert; brother, Stephen Lambert, brother-in-law, Hayward Avery; best buddy “Simba”. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Pearl of 61 years. His children, Wendy (Will), Roxanne (Cliff), Reginald (Heather), Sheldon (Jennifer); grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, Alexis, Julian, Sarah, Abigayle, Amelia, Darian; great grandchildren, Jaxon, Sophia, Mason, Oliver, William, Eleanor, Sebastian; sister, Nina Avery; brothers, Samuel Lambert, Hector Lambert (Millicent); sister-in-law, Mary Lambert; and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Little Heart’s Ease on Friday, February 27, 2026 from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. Funeral service to take place from Bethel United Church in Little Heart’s Ease on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Interment to follow at the United Cemetery, Little Heart’s Ease. The family would like to thank the Doctor’s and nurses of Dr. G. B. Cross for their care and compassion during his stay. They would also, like to thank all those who came to visit and helped in any way. There are too many to name individually but know your kindness will not be forgotten.
