Passed away peacefully at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, Alfreda Seward of Gooseberry Cove, age 90 years.  Predeceased by her husband Augustus; daughter-in-law Vera; sisters Eva, Eileen and Minnie; brother Roy.  Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children Joyce Smith; Clifford; Harvey (Susan), Leslie (Wanda) and Velma Lambert (Cliff); grandchildren Shannon, Levon, Tanya, Charlene, Evan, Jerry, Adam, Diana and Felicia; great grandchildren Abigail, Nicholas, Aubrey, Alexa, Emma, Charlotte, Damian, Dawson and Daniel; sister Marcie Spurrell (Arthur); brother Harvey Smith (Marjorie); and a large circle of family and friends.  Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Little Hearts Ease.  Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.  Funeral service 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at Bethel United Church, Little Hearts Ease with interment to follow at the United Cemetery, Little Hearts Ease.
