September 9, 2025 at 9:51 pmMarilyn & Family:
So very sorry to hear of Sid’s passing. We are praying for you in these days.
It is difficult to lose someone you love but you have the hope and certainty that your lived on is now in the presence of the Lord.
We were delighted the day we received the word that Sid had given his life to the Lord. We enjoyed being able to visit together and talk with him about his commitment to the Lord.
I’m sorry that I’m not able to be there for his celebration of life service as I’m out of the province so Bill will fill in for both of us.
Sending all our love to you today. May God sustain and strengthen you today and in the days to come.

September 8, 2025 at 6:31 pmTo Marilyn & Family
We go back to the early 70’s in Labrador City. Sid spent his time at work and home, work and home. Marilyn spent many hours at the Corps along with her children on a weekly basis. You prayed for Sid for many years; you were faithful in waiting and God answered your prayers. We rejoice today in knowing that he accepted Christ into his heart some time ago, and indeed he is “Promoted to Glory.” He will be laid to rest in his beloved little town of Monkstown. He looked forward to coming home on holidays so much. Now he has arrived! Marilyn, I know you will remain faithful as always, and may God bless and strengthen you in these coming days . Be assured of our love and prayers for you and your family!

September 10, 2025 at 1:06 pmSending hugs and my deepest condolences. Sid was a wonderful man with a great sense of humor. I was privileged enough to call him Father in law. Sid and Marilyn both welcomed me and William both open arms and loving hearts. I miss the Sunday suppers, and the enormous welcoming warmth into his home. You will be missed
