Sarah Jane Wilcox October 29, 1964 - February 28, 2023

It is with great sadness that the family of Sarah Jane Wilcox (nee Scott) passed away peacefully of natural causes at her home in North Harbour, NL on February 28, 2023.

Born October 29 1964, in Deal Kent England, to proud parents Sarah Christine and Graham Scott, Sarah was loved and respected by many. She was known for her sense of humour, whit, her friendly welcoming personality and always putting the needs of others first.

Sarah is survived by her husband, Geoffrey Wilcox, with whom she spent 39 beautiful years. Sarah was an incredible mother and her spirit lives on through her children Alice Wilcox (Dustin), Gayle Wilcox (Donovan), Graham Wilcox (Mandy), and also through her seven grandchildren; Gianna, Armando, Collin, Maura, Emmet, Max, and Willow. Sarah will be missed by her father, Graham Scott, sister Anna Wright, Aunt Diane Ross and numerous other family members and friends.

We are so grateful to have known and loved Sarah, she was a true gem and taken too soon. A loving wife, terrific mother, caring sister, niece, and friend.

We love you and miss you.

    I met Sarah in Keels NL and was enchanted by her boundless spirit, intense energy, inclusive caring and outgoing nature. When we parted, she gave me a glow-in-the-dark charm with a shell and pebble – something she’d made to keep Keels close to my heart. Tonight it is aglow though my heart weeps for you all.

    I wish to pass condolences to my brother and his family.I am deeply saddened with the passing of the best sister inlaw any one could have.she was so full of life which spread to those around her.id give anything just hear her say”OH DAVID” one more time.if we go somewhere in the end and i sée you there you better have some cod casserole waiting for me.i love you.

    Geoff I was so shocked when Ann sent me the obituary link for Sarah. I so enjoyed our talks with her when I was home in Keels, she was such a lovely person. My heart goes out to you as you enter this difficult time in your life. Thinking of you and sending you my heartfelt condolences.
