March 10, 2024 at 9:12 pmRussell and my family met at Eastport Park in the late 1970’s. We became lifelong friends. What times we had over the years especially through music and funny stories. You could not but love the man as he was a real jewel and always had a lovely way about him especially in his smile. The last time I saw him was in the home in Clarenville, and even then he had the same friendly way about him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family with sincere condolences. Memories are forever. RIP Russell. Ed and Nellie.
