Maxine Annie Jane Penney March 30, 1935 - December 24, 2021

On December 24th heaven has gained another angel. Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital at the age of 86 surrounded by her loving family Maxine Anne Jane Penney.  Predeceased by her husband Cecil Penney, her parents Richard and Alfreda Noble, brother Albert Noble and sister Audrey Noble.  Leaving to mourn with fond and loving  memories, her daughter Audrey Penney (Herb), grandchildren Lynette Gendreau (Andre) and Wanda-Lee Weir (Jamie).

Maxine was a loving and caring woman to all who knew her, greeting everyone with a smile or a hug.  She was well known for her love of cards and bingo and her skill of knitting and crocheting.  Maxine also, enjoyed spending time in Ottawa visiting her grandchildren.  A special thank you to Dr. Gordon Stockwell and the staff at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital for their compassionate care.  A private celebration of Maxine’s life will be held at a later date.

    To: Maxine’s, my Loving Cousin, Family. Words can’t explain how sorry I was to hear of her passing. My memories go back to the visits I had at Aunt Alfreda’s when I was much younger 😂. Maxine always treated me as I was her Brother . I’ll never forget her love for All of her family,yes, and friends. Audrey and Family, She left us all with precious memories.
