I had the pleasure of meeting Martin when he worked on the ferry in the straits. I looked forward to seeing him every time I went home to Labrador for the weekend. Which was quite often. He usually teased me about cutting it close as I came directly from school for the 3:30 crossing. He was always so kind and usually had a treat in his pocket for my dog, Dozer. Sending love to his family at this difficult time. He will always be fondly remember.

Sorry to hear of Martin’s passing. I worked with Martin at Labrador Marine and have good memories of him. We often called him the energizer bunny because he always seemed to have so much energy. He was very dedicated to his job and we were sorry to see him go. Sending sincere condolences to Martin’s family. Rest peacefully Martin.
