February 11, 2024 at 9:24 pmI had the pleasure of meeting Martin when he worked on the ferry in the straits. I looked forward to seeing him every time I went home to Labrador for the weekend. Which was quite often. He usually teased me about cutting it close as I came directly from school for the 3:30 crossing. He was always so kind and usually had a treat in his pocket for my dog, Dozer. Sending love to his family at this difficult time. He will always be fondly remember.
