So very sad to hear of Lindo’s passing. I have so many memories of him growing up on Palmer’s Lane. Then when Lisa and I (and our families) lived on base in Petawawa, him and Helen would be up to visit Lisa and of course they always came to visit me. My heart aches for Helen and all the girls. After loosing dad just 2 months ago, I feel the heartache you are going through now. On behalf of mom, please know our love and thoughts are with you all.

Bert and I would like to pass along our deepest sympathies to Helen, Kathy, Linette, Lisa, Heather, his family and wide circle of railroad and skiing friends. I’ve know your Dad my whole life. Such a kind and thoughtful gentleman, devoted husband and proud father, and grandfather. My fondest memory will now be the ski trip he and I made one sunny Sunday to Lindo’s lookout. It was just ourselves and, his lunch which he shared. We had some great conversations along the way. The years will pass but your hearts will never forget precious moments with him. Hugs.
