We are so sorry to hear of John’s passing. We were in Black River 2 years ago and he came to the garden to see us. We had such a nice visit and talked about how we are connected and are 3rd or 4th cousins. My great Grandmother was a Gosney. Sending condolences to all the family.

I didn’t know Johnnie but I heard my dad talk about him many times. He worked with my dad (John Eddy) and was very helpful as dad finished up his career at Come by Chance. Dad was very appreciative of that. Our condolences to the family as you go through this difficult time.

    Carol and Family,
My condolences on John’s passing. He was a huge part of my growing up years when we only knew him as Johnny. In fact, he lived with us for a year when his father John was away for work. He was always a pleasure to be around. We were the same age and were cousins on his mother’s side. He had a special kind of presence everyone who knew him recognized, and that I’m sure will never pass.
