Ethel V. Blundon February 22, 1940 - July 17, 2023

Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Monday, July 17, 2023, Ethel Viletta Blundon of Clarenville, age 83 years.  Predeceased by parents Blanche and Chesley Goobie; husband Edward; sons Wade and Keith; grandchildren Baby Boy Blundon and Patrick Adams.  Left with fond and loving memories her children Wanda (David), Kathy (Craig), Kevin (Denise) and Beverley (Todd); daughter-in-law Marian; grandchildren Christopher, Michael, Mitchell, Megan, Ashley, Chad, Chantille, Brittany, Jordan, Kathleen, Kiana and Shane; great grandchildren Mackenzie, Seraya, Sophie, Charlee, Charlotte, Clare, Seth, Kaleb, Madilyn, Cale, Henry, Nevaeh, Mason, Gabe, Ethan and Aaliyah; great grand pups Maive and Alba; sister Vinie (late Lloyd Martin); and a large circle of family and friends.  As per her wishes cremation will take place.  Visitation on Tuesday, July 25 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 26, 2023 at  Fewer’s Memorial Chapel Clarenville with interment to follow at the United Cemetery, Church Hill, Clarenville.  In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Patient and Family Support Fund – Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic, St. John’s.

Memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 26, 2023 at  Fewer's Memorial Chapel Clarenville with interment to follow at the United Cemetery, Church Hill, Clarenville.

      To Ethel’s family, sending our deepest condolences to you all. She was a lovely lady. Loved to say hello and have a little chat with her when i’d meet her from time to time, grocery shopping. I know how much you will all miss her and how hard the coming days will be. Take comfort in all the beautiful memories you have of her, it helps. Take care 💞

    Oh so sorry to hear of Ethel’s passing. Thought she would live forever. Such a fun and generous person. Worked with her at cnt and she worked with mom at the highways. Our sympathy to all the family. Will never forget her. Another old time friend gone.

    A lovely lady gone . Ethel was a very strong lady, her life was her family. All her children, Grand Children, and Great Grand Children , thought very highly of her. She will be missed by all her family and friends. Rest in Peace Ethel enjoy your Heavenly Home with your family who are gone before you.
