Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville on Monday, February 9, 2026 Edna Howse (Keats) age 91 years. Edna was born in Bunyans Cove in 1934.   Predeceased by her parents, James and Charolette Keats; parents-in-law, Samuel and Jennie Howse; husband, Ernest Howse; children, Charolette & Charlene Howse, Fredrick Howse (Janet), Authur Howse, Leonard Howse; grandchildren, Mitchell Penney, Brenda Tobin; sister, Hilda-Mae Ivany (Maurice); brothers, Donald Keats (Maude), Freeman Keats (Rita); mother of Sheldon and Shannon, Roxane; dear friends, Lorraine Howse and Florance Howse.  Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children, Jennie Chatman (Rick), Wilburt Howse (Sharon), Yvonne Greening (Larry), Lawrence Howse (Yvonne), Valerie Penney (Larry), Roxanne Hodder (Aubrey), Paulette Penney (Corey), Sarah Nichols (Cliff); daughters-in-law, Carson and Georgina; grandchildren, Tangee, Danielle, Sheldon, Shannon, Lisa, Lori, Lynette, Brandon, Vanessa, Matt, Lucas, Tyson, Gorgia, Taylor, Jason, Cindy, Junior, Rodney, Lenny, Bill, Jesse; and a large number of great grandchildren as well as great great grandchildren, family and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home in Lethbridge on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M.  Funeral service to take place Thursday, February 12, 2026 2:00 P.M. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Musgravetown. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Musgravetown.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund Musgravetown.
