Edith C. Matthews – Fewer's Funeral Home

Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, Edith Matthews of Port Blandford, age 89 years. Predeceased by her husband Sidney; parents Lewis and Eliza Clouter; son-in-law Roger Bardon. Left with fond and loving memories her children Carl (Millie), Clifford (Barbara), Roxanne and Dean (Diana); grandchildren Colin, Kevin, Dylan, Crystal, Sherri, Gerard and Raelyn; a number of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brother Gerald Clouter (Margaret) and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at the United Church, Port Blandford on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 4, 2023 with interment to follow at the United Cemetery, Port Blandford. In her memory, donations may be made to the United Church, Port Blandford.
